Formerly a senior partner in the law firm of Gansinger, Hinshaw & Padilla, LLP before joining Gibbs, Giden, Locher, Turner & Senet LLP in early 1998, Mr. Padilla has twenty years of litigation experience with an emphasis on construction litigation in both construction defect and claims litigation. Over the years Mr. Padilla has represented large general contractors based in the western United States, many subcontracting firms in practically every construction discipline and several owners of custom built homes. He also has a commercial litigation and general business practice in which he represents manufacturers and distributors of equipment peer group security services, property management firms, and commercial and office building owners, providing legal advise with respect to their day-to-day business activities. Mr. Padilla speaks fluent Spanish and has achieved Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating - AV.
